Maura graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical
Therapy. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and specializes in
sports and orthopedic rehab for people of all ages and activity levels. She has attained a
certification in the Postural Restoration approach to rehab and is a member of the American
Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys hiking, biking, running and telemark skiing in
her free time.

Sean holds Bachelor's degrees in Health Science and Biology, as well as a Master's degree of
Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont. Sean is a member of the American Physical
Therapy Association and maintains the credentialing of a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist. Sean grew up in Jericho VT and is happy to be able to return to that community,
providing clinical service in his home town as well as in Burlington.
Sean's approach integrates extensive professional training in neuromuscular function/
postural alignment from the Postural Restoration Institute, manual therapy from the Institute
of Physical Arts, and athletic performance from the National Strength and Conditioning
Association. Sean's background as a physical therapist, collegiate athlete, personal trainer,
performance coach all combine to provide a comprehensive physical therapy program for
orthopedic patients of all ages. Sean specializes in general orthopedics, knee pain, low back
pain, neck pain, functional/performance training, sports rehab, manual therapy, and post
surgical rehabilitation.

Pamela has over a decade of office management experience including running the Vermont
Alcohol Research Center. Her organizational skills and attention to detail makes her an
excellent liason between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Abby graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with an Associates of Science in Physical
Therapy Assistance. In her 10 years of clinical experience, she has obtained extensive
knowledge in treating people of all ages with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She has
advanced continuing education in the Postural Restoration approach. Her hobbies include
running, biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing.

Lauren earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in May 2010. She comes to
Momentum Physical Therapy with over ten years of teaching experience with children and adults. As part of
her doctoral training, Lauren earned certification as an Exercise Expert for Aging Adults through the
American Physical Therapy Association's Section on Geriatrics. She recently completed training as a group
leader for the Tai Chi for Arthritis program sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation. She is currently
pursuing advanced clinical training through the Postural Restoration Institute and the Institute of
Physical Art. She enjoys running, cycling, hiking and spending time with family.

Lena is a 2002 graduate of the University of Vermont's physical therapy program, and a 2010 graduate of
Simmons College Clinical Doctorate-bridge program for Physical Therapy. She has experience in all settings
of Physical Therapy, including inpatient rehabilitation, home-health care, and most recently in outpatient
private practice. Lena enjoys working with all age populations and physical abilities.
Lena achieved her Pilates certification in October 2006 through Polestar Pilates rehabilitation curriculum.
She also has extensive training in manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, CranioSacral
therapy, Positional Release, and muscle energy techniques. She enjoys combining Pilates principles of
movement and manual therapies into her treatment in order to achieve the most efficient and effective
balance in the body. Lena believes that addressing the whole body is the key to proper healing of any
injury.

Lee's work experience includes working in medical facilities around Chittenden County. Her extensive billing,
scheduling, and people skills make her an asset to Momentum. She enjoys learning more everyday and is always
willing to help patients with anything! Lee works primarily in our Jericho clinic, although occasionally, she can
be seen covering at our Burlington location as well.
Lee enjoys lots of time with her three children (Zach, Courtney, and Ashley). She enjoys watching and playing an
array of sports, basketball being her favorite. She is always looking forward to the warmer weather to do as much
as she can outside. Lee resides in Jeffersonville with her children.

Mike holds bachelors degrees in Exercise Physiology and Business, as well as his Doctorate in Physical Therapy
from the University of Vermont. Mike is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with an extensive
background in sports and orthopedic training and rehabilitation. As part of his Doctoral training, Mike has worked
in both hospital and out patient settings. His hobbies include activities such as golf, basketball, fishing, and
spending time with his family.
